Supertax, Inc., 1270 Concord Rd SE, Suite 200, Smyrna, GA 30080, is responsible for the information described on this page. If you have a question about how your data is handled, contact the office.
What we collect
The contact details you give us: name, email and telephone, along with what you told us you need help with. If you use the site we also collect standard analytics: pages visited, the device used and the referring address. Tax documents you bring to the office are kept in our tax software, never on this website.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, book your appointment and keep you informed about your return or your business filings. Where the law requires it, we also use it to prepare and file returns with the IRS and the State of Georgia.
Our legal basis
Answering an enquiry relies on our legitimate interest in replying to you. Once you become a client, preparing and filing your returns relies on our engagement with you and on federal and state tax law.
Who we share it with
Only the parties a filing needs: the IRS, the Georgia Department of Revenue, your bank for direct deposit, and the payroll and e-file providers we use. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a client are deleted after two years. Client tax records are kept for the period the IRS requires, which is at least three years after filing and longer for business and payroll records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted where the law allows, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Write to the office and we will respond within thirty days.

The site sets the cookies it needs to work, plus analytics cookies that tell us which pages are read. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
